Restorative Yoga
The first hour of this workshop will focus on restorative yoga, in which props are used to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. 

Yoga Nidra
The second hour of this workshop will focus on Yoga Nidra, which is guided savasana meditation (also known as “walking sleep”). Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation, which rejuvenates and renews the physical body.
