Yoga Workshop

at Longmont Y

The first hour of this workshop will focus on restorative yoga, in which props are used to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. The second hour of this workshop will focus on Yoga Nidra, which is guided savasana meditation. Often called waking sleep. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, which rejuvenates and renews the physical body.
