Poetry Grounds: April 14
at Meet on Zoom
Join us virtually for a poetry share over a hot cup of coffee (or tea). We will spend time sharing, discussing, and appreciating poetry of all forms. Whether you are a classic Shakespearean lover, a contemporary poet, or just wanting to explore the realm of poetry, Poetry Grounds will welcome you into a virtual community.
We will meet every Wednesday, April 14-28, virtually on Zoom to discuss and share poetry of the past and present. If you plan on attending please have a poem ready to read aloud to the group and discuss. If this is not something you are comfortable with, you can send your poem to Nathaniel Kruger ndkruger@rams.colostate.edu and he will read it during the meeting. Feel free to share your own work, or the writing of another poet.
Free and open to the public.
What to Bring: Since this event is virtual, you will need a computer with internet access to attend. Beyond that, all you need is a poem, a cup of coffee (or tea), and yourself!
*Optional* Bring a notebook to write down ideas for discussion or quotes and concepts you want to remember.
