Held in the boxing studio at the Longmont Y, we offer two boxing classes: Adult: Ages 18-64 and Senior: Ages 65+ 

These classes are designed to be engaging, fun, and provide participants with important skills needed in everyday life. Never had boxing experience? Not a problem. This class will teach fundamental boxing skills. Participants must provide their own hand wraps and gloves. Registration is not required.
