Martial-arts Based Fitness Drop-in Classes

We are about to put some POW, BAM and WHACK in your workout. These fitness classes are inspired by boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, karate and other martial arts practices, giving you a kickin' workout while build strength and endurance, reduce stress and maybe even learn a cool move or two.

Fitness Boxing 

Fitness Boxing class you’ll get a full body workout while learning traditional boxing techniques. Build strength, stamina and speed with an emphasis on fitness in this fun group boxing class. 


A cardio favorite, this class will have you punching, kicking and bobbing to the music. Get ready for a great work out and have fun doing it.


A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.


NIA® (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) Blends martial arts, dance, low impact & healing arts for a high energy, cardiovascular workout. No experience necessary.

Tai Chi 

Develop strength, flexibility, and coordination with an emphasis on achieving greater mental awareness, self-confidence, and calmness.
