Mindfulness Drop-in Classes

Find your ohm on the Front Range. Our mindfulness drop-in wellness classes focus on restoration, meditation and stretching to help you relax, focus, breathe and relieve pain and stress. It’s time to escape the hustle and bustle of your life, and find peace and mental clarity within a class setting.

Class Schedule

Chair Stretching

Designed for seniors and older adults, this class is a popular class that leads you through a complete series of seated and standing stretches. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of movements designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation help promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Meditation

To help you add some meditation to your program, we offer 15-minute meditation time slots. Join in as you begin, finish or take a break from your workout.

Senior Stretch

A fun, full-body workout for active older adults to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. This hour-long routine includes weight lifting, stretching, mat exercises, and gentle yoga in a non-stop flow with an enthusiastic, friendly class.

Wave Motion

This is a restorative class for all ages who wish to relieve pain and stress, and revitalize and align the energy fields within the body, mind and spirit. While being seated, lying down and with slow motion dance, you will activate the natural healing wave motion of the body using embodiment meditations involving mindfulness, breath, chi and subtle movement.
