At the Y, we know that eating well is a key component to feeling good, improving your overall health and taking your fitness to the next level.

In this 8-week virtual nutrition workshop series, Karrie Bach, Integrative and Functional Medicine Dietitian and Registered Dietitian, will guide you through weekly nutrition topics designed to help you discover an eating plan that works for you. This is not a one-size-fits all program. Karrie believes the program should fit YOUR health needs, preferences, lifestyle and budget. We'll complete specific parts of your plan each week — with plenty of time to ask questions — making this a truly personalized and interactive experience. Ages 18+ (or 13+ with parent).

Wednesdays, Feb 3-March 31, 6:30pm

Participants will meet virtually; you will receive the link after you register. If you are unable to attend to webinar as scheduled, you will have the option to view the recording at a later time.
