All youth sports programs will be conducted in a small group format designed to minimize risk in accordance with the current recommendations from the CDC as well as local and state agencies. Our new formats pose the lowest risk according to the CDC guidelines.

Ready for an introduction to the fundamental skills of some of our foundational sports here at the Y in a safe and supportive environment? Each session will be jam-packed with drills and games designed specifically to promote skill development, but we will also foster family fun and learning together in a positive, safe and active environment. Weekly sessions will include sports conditioning and nutrition tips as well as the fundamentals of soccer, volleyball, flag football and T-ball.
