All aboard! Full steam ahead for your camper’s summer adventure with the YMCA STEAMrollers, a specialty camp offering enriched learning experiences that focus on the areas of science, technology, engineering, the arts and mathematics. Campers will also have the opportunity to swim during the week and experience theme-based field trips.



Entering 1st-6th Grade


  • Pre-Camp Care: 7:30am-9:00am
  • Camp Activities: 9:00am-4:00pm
  • Post-Camp Care: 4:00pm-6:00pm

Camp is officially 9:00am-4:00pm. However, we offer pre- and post-camp options for families that need additional child care before and/or after camp. Pre- and post-camp is optional, and there is no additional cost.

Dive into the wacky world of science. This is a fun way to unlock all of the mysteries and secrets science has to offer.

Cartooning and Comic Book Camp

Discover and create amazing storylines for your favorite characters and invent your own characters through comic book creation and cartooning. See the action come alive!

  • Session 2: June 3-7

Build It Camp

If you build it they may come. Calling all budding engineers and architects to challenge yourself by using different materials to create your masterpieces.  

  • Session 3: June 10-14
  • Session 8: July 15-19

Come explore the messy side of art! Campers will engage in art activities that include finger painting, clay design, splatter art and much more. Get those smocks ready for the washing machine.

Top Chef Camp

Do you know how to prepare healthy meals and snacks for the family without using a stove? Learn meal planning, nutrition label reading and cooking, and go home with your very own recipe book.

Multi Media Art Camp

Calling all artists! Join us in creating an exhibit of masterpieces. Examples include sketching, painting, sculpting and more. Campers will visit local parks and museums for inspiration.

  • Session 6: July 1-5 (no camp July 4)

Camp Registration

You have the option to register online or to select your camp sessions using a camp selection form. Online registration is strongly encouraged as you will see which camps are currently available.

After you register online, you will receive an email invitation to complete required medical and emergency contact forms from ePACT. ePACT is a secure emergency network that we use to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically. Your registration will be complete upon completion of all required forms.
