Facility Notices: The Longmont Y pool reopens April 16. The Arapahoe Y pool closed for bubble removal, April 24 (noon)-May 2.

Our Ys are open with newly expanded hours. Please check our reopening guide for programs that still require reservations and policies.

Keeping children and staff in cohorts:

Group size will be in compliance with public health and Colorado Department of Human Services guidelines regarding social distancing. All children will be put into a daily cohort that they will stay with for the entirety of that day. This allows the Y to limit the number of individuals each child and staff comes into contact with, as well as ensure compliance with local public health guidelines. Cohorts will be closely monitored to ensure all guidelines are being followed. Any COVID-19 related incidents will be reported to the health department and handled according to their guidance.

YMCA After School Care sets out to give kids both smile-inspiring escapades and foundational experiences that help them grow as individuals. Whether it’s exploring science concepts, enjoying outdoor playtime or creating art projects, the Y provides a safe, supportive environment that focuses on learning, developing interests and making friends.

We’ve teamed up with Mindworks and Popculture Hero Coalition to bring your kiddo fun and innovative curriculum focused on STEM, art, adventure, and social emotional learning. These daily lesson plans incorporate collaborative teamwork, math and engineering skills, thoughtful comprehensive activities and relationship building to allow your child to expand their interests by building, shaping and creating.

$30 per day

Care is also available at the Arapahoe and Mapleton Ys on Mondays.
