Whether you are new to the saddle seat or you’re a seasoned cyclist, the Y offers cycling-centric classes that will get your heart rate revving and your feet pedaling. Classes use strength, endurance and interval zones to ensure an exceptional individualized workout.

Tour de France 2024 Cycling Challenge

In partnership with Jeannot’s Patisserie & Bistro 

Join us for the YMCA Tour de France Cycling Challenge. Grab a tracker form from the flyer wall, and track your riding. The goal is to ride 21 days out of 23 days. It could be 1 mile or more per day. The event kicks off with a group-led cycling class by Dan in Boulder on June 29 from 7:15am-8:15 am. Members can ride on their own inside or outside or attend any YMCA cycling class to reach their goal. We encourage you to tackle what the professional cyclists are doing each day: hilly ride, flat ride, mountains or time trials.    

The challenge will conclude with a celebration cycling class led by Sandi on July 21 from 7:15am-8:15am. Prizes, fun and snacks will end the challenge.

Cycle - 20/20/20

This class combines an efficient 20 minute cycling format guaranteed to bring you into your training zone, then you move onto a combination of strength and high-intensity drills - finish with a core exercises and a stretch that complements your efforts. You will feel great after this workout!!

Cycle 

When the going gets tough, the tough keep going with indoor cycling classes! These classes provide joint friendly intense cardio training along with excellent lower body conditioning. Sprint, climb and roll through hills as you maximize your fitness journey!

Cycle Core Fusion 

45-minutes indoor cycle classes simulate outdoor riding with sprinting, hill climbing and other techniques. Followed by 15-minutes for core. 

Cycle Express

A fantastic workout in just 45 minutes! When the going gets going, the tough keep going with indoor cycling classes! These classes provide joint friendly intense cardio training along with excellent lower body conditioning. Sprint, climb and roll thru hills as you maximize your fitness journey!
