What is Y Friends?
Y Friends is a group of local businesses that support the Y through annual contributions. As a nonprofit organization, we strive to give all people access to our programs, no matter their financial situation. More than 30 percent of our participants receive some form of financial assistance, and the Y Friends program is one of the ways we can keep that promise to the community.
Reach Our Members & Program Participants
Along with supporting the community, Y Friends have an opportunity to market to our members and program participants. Tens of thousands of people throughout the northern Front Range participate in Y programs every year. Y Friends is an affordable way to reach locals while making a positive impact right in your own neighborhood.
Benefits of your $500 annual sponsorship
- Y Friends may put flyers and brochures in our designated racks in our Y lobbies.
- Your business is featured on our Y Friends webpage.
- Your business is featured on a Y Friends TV in our lobbies.
- Participation in Y Friends Vendor Days held annually in our Ys.
- Your annual dues provide financial assistance to a family in need. You could be helping ensure a child has access to safe spaces and homework help while their parents’ work.
Y Friend businesses must align with the YMCA’s v alues and mission statement. This is interpreted solely by our CEO and Board of Directors. The YMCA reserves the right to exclude promotional materials deemed inappropriate. Y Friends will be invoiced annually.
