The Johnstown Y offers a variety of rental spaces for large and small events. From pool parties and wedding receptions to corporate events and conferences, our spacious facility is primed for your party.

Johnstown Rental

Room Requests

Submit a room request form at least 14 days prior to your event. 

If a rental is less than a 30 days away, the fee is due in full upon approval of your rental request. If a rental is more than 30 days away, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon approval of your rental request. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. Cancelations received at least 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.

Rates

Rates listed are applicable during the Y’s normal business hours. There is an additional $25 per hour fee for events outside normal business hours. Pool parties cannot be reserved past operating hours.

Alcohol

A $50 refundable deposit required to serve alcohol. The host is also required to hire an off-duty Johnstown Police Officer by calling 970-587-5555.

ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL

MULTI-PURPOSE ROOMS

Each room is approximately 34'x22.' All rooms have outlets, a sink and counter, access to a projector and screen and access to the patio. Tables and chairs are provided but are not set up. There are 60" round tables and 60" x 30" rectangular tables.

Small Room

  • $50 per hour
  • $45 per hour for nonprofits
  • Capacity: 50 people (30 people with tables and chairs)

Medium Room

  • $100 per hour
  • $90 per hour for nonprofits
  • Capacity: 100 people (60 people with tables and chairs)

Large Room

  • $145 per hour
  • $135 per hour for nonprofits
  • Capacity: 200 people (110 people with tables and chairs)

CONFERENCE ROOM

Includes TV with HDMI ports.

  • $50 per hour
  • $45 per hour for nonprofits
  • Capacity: 16 people

KITCHEN

Full commercial kitchen. Pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. Tablecloths available for an additional charge.

  • $60 per day

GYMNASIUM

  • Half Gym: $45 per hour
  • Full Gym: $90 per hour

POOL PARTY

Available on Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm-4pm.
 
From 2:00pm to 3:00pm, your group will have exclusive use of the activity pool for up to 25 swimmers. From 3:00pm to 4:00pm you will be in the pool party room. 
 

The party room has a refrigerator and sink. Table and chairs are provided but not set up. 

  • $170 ($120 for the pool and $50 for the party room).
  • Capacity: 25 people

FIELD

  • $500 per day
  • Plus $300 for the lights
