Warning: These classes cause sweating! Join us for one of our heart-pumping, endurance-building, sweat-soaking group fitness classes, and push yourself and your fitness to a whole new level.

Class Schedule

20/20/20

This class combines an efficient 20-minute cycling format guaranteed to bring you into your training zone. Then you move onto a combination of strength and high-intensity drills. Finish with core exercises and a stretch that complements your efforts. You will feel great after this workout!

500 CALORIES

This class is very similar to Boot Camp with the goal of burning 500 calories each class. The class meet in the gym or on the turf field depending on the weather.

BAILE SABOR LATINO

This hour long class is designed to get you sweating and having fun while dancing to Latin based music.

CARDIO SCULPT

You will use a variety of different props (balls, bands, BOSU, dumbbells) to do intervals of cardio. This class will keep your heart rate up, build strength and challenge every muscle group.

CYCLE

A series of cycling drills that include strength, endurance and interval zones to create a great cardiovascular workout. Can be modified for all fitness levels and you can work at your own intensity.

CYCLE CORE FUSION

A series of cycling drills that include strength, endurance and interval zones to create a great cardiovascular workout. Can be modified for all fitness levels and you can work at your own intensity. Stay for 15 minutes to work your core!

CYCLE HIIT

This class is for experienced cyclists only. High Intensity Interval Training includes a series of cycling drills which vary in duration and intensity, but are very challenging.

CYCLE YOGA FUSION

45-minutes of cycling drills that include strength, endurance and interval zones to create a great cardiovascular workout. Can be modified for all fitness levels and you can work at your own intensity. Followed by 15-minutes of yoga.

DANCE FUSION

Workout with a fusion of music and zest! Dance to hip hop, Latin, African, Bollywood and more.

FITNESS BOXING

Fitness Boxing class you'll get a full body workout while learning traditional boxing techniques. Build strength, stamina and speed with an emphasis on fitness in this fun group boxing class.

GROOV3

Groov3 uses a fun, enjoyable, stress-free and relaxing cardio dance format for a workout that that anyone can join. This is a class that you will look forward to coming to again and again. It is an INSANELY FUN way to get in shape!

H.I.I.T.

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) This class includes plyometric drills, strength, power, resistance and abs/core training moves.

KICK BOXING

A cardio favorite, this class will have you punching, kicking and bobbing to the music. Get ready for a great workout and have fun doing it.

NIA

Free form movement to music.

POWER CYCLING

Come for an amazing cardio and leg workout. For intermediate to advanced spinners.

POWER LUNCH HIIT

This short duration, but high intensity class is sure to test your limits.  High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT creates a prolonged “after burn” as your body will take longer to reach its resting state and will continue to burn calories long after your workout.

QUAD STEP

Fresh, creative patterns layered seamlessly into familiar step choreography. Smooth transitions and choreography make this a fun, exciting and challenging workout!

RUNNING 101

This class introduces various styles of running, including intervals, fartlek runs, tempos, and speed work. It also contains a brief classroom portion to dispel the mystery behind running form, nutrition, stretching, shoes and other aspects of the sport, followed by a workout that will tone the whole body while stimulating the cardiovascular system. 

SENIOR CYCLING

Join us for a fun and friendly senior indoor cycling class. The benefits of cycling are immense! Cycling generates stronger heart and lung capacity and lessens the chance of incurring coronary artery disease. It also builds muscle in the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calf muscles, and that muscle strength radiates out and affects neighboring tendons, ligaments and bones. Cycling can even improve balance and coordination and reduce blood pressure. All this while going at your own pace! Must be comfortable getting on and off a stationary bike.

SKATE FITNESS

Aerobics on ice! This class combines music and skating moves to develop cardiovascular fitness while toning lower body and improving balance and flexibility. Check the Arapahoe Y ice schedule for classes.

ZUMBA®

A fusion of fitness philosophies with fun, sassy movement done to Latin music.
