Cycle Drop-in Classes

Whether you are new to the saddle seat or you’re a seasoned cyclist, the Y offers cycling-centric classes that will get your heart rate revving and your feet pedaling. Classes use strength, endurance and interval zones to ensure an exceptional individualized workout.

Class Schedule

Please note: To get a spot in a cycling class, pick up a tag at the front desk (tags are available 30 minutes prior to class time). Your tag will identify which machine you’ll use in class. Members may only claim one tag for their personal use. Members will not be allowed to reserve tags for other members. Check the schedule for class times.

Cycle - 20/20/20 

This class combines an efficient 20 minute cycling format guaranteed to bring you into your training zone, then you move onto a combination of strength and high-intensity drills - finish with a core exercises and a stretch that complements your efforts. You will feel great after this workout!!

Cycle 

Indoor cycle classes simulate outdoor riding with sprinting, hill climbing and other techniques. 

Cycle - Core Fusion 

45-minutes indoor cycle classes simulate outdoor riding with sprinting, hill climbing and other techniques. Followed by 15-minutes for core. 

Cycle - HIIT 

This class is for experienced cyclists only. High Intensity Interval Training includes a series of cycling drills which vary in duration and intensity, but are very challenging.

Cycle - Power Cycling

Come for an amazing cardio and leg workout. For intermediate to advanced spinners.

Cycle - Senior Cycling

Join us for a fun and friendly senior indoor cycling class. The benefits of cycling are immense: generate stronger heart and lung capacity; lessen the chance of incurring coronary artery disease; build up legs; improve balance and coordination and blood pressure. All this while going at your own pace!

Cycle - Yoga Cycling

Yoga Fusion 45-minutes indoor cycle classes simulate outdoor riding with sprinting, hill climbing and other techniques. Followed by 15-minutes of yoga.
