This hour long class is designed to get you sweating and having fun while dancing to Latin based music.
Barre Fit
Inspired by ballet, there will be a combination of stretching and strength training to create a long and lean body. By incorporating the training aspects of Pilates, Yoga and dance, you will leave energized and feeling graceful. Strength and flexibility
are used to create a limber physic, elongating the muscles, while allowing for self-expression.
Dance Fusion
Workout with a fusion of music and zest! Dance to hip hop, Latin, African, Bollywood and more.
Hip Hop
An upbeat and innovative way to do step using the latest hip hop music while working out the entire body.

Zumba Gold
Designed for the active older adult, the true beginner and/or people who are not used to exercising. The main difference from regular Zumba® is this class is done at a lower intensity.
