Join us for the next step in your leadership journey. Over the course of our 6-week Leader in Training (LIT) program, teens will shadow frontline staff members, develop their leadership skills, and learn the behind the scenes of different areas in our branch. Teens can expect to gain transferable skills like independence, time management, and making a positive impact on their community. High school students can gain service hours through this program.
A full commitment to the program is required as space is limited. Teens may gain service hours required for high school through this program.

Teen Volunteer Night
Teens are invited to a special volunteer night at the Y Splash Gala—our biggest fundraiser of the year—where they’ll help behind the scenes with auction logistics, enjoy dinner, and earn service hours. This fun, free teen event is a chance to make a real impact on the Y community.
