Coffee with a Trainer
Join us for Coffee with a Trainer from 1–2 PM in the Lafayette YMCA Lobby for coffee, conversation, and a wellness discussion led by a certified personal trainer.
The YMCA hosts events such as family activities, holiday celebrations, blood drives and camp open houses and family fun days.
