Shoulder Stability and Plank Progressions

This Pilates workshop will explore the relationship between the shoulder girdle and the core. Developing this connection is key to tension release, postural improvements, strength, flexibility and greater efficiency of movement. We will look more deeply at the Pilates reformer repertoire and specifically on plank progressions to improve shoulder stability. All levels welcome; ages 18+. Instructor: Laura Cummings
