Karate Class Demonstration

Come watch a live demonstration of Shotokan, a traditional style of Japanese Karate. Instructor Bruce Green will guide you through a variety of techniques and movements, helping you understand what the program offers, how training works, and how students' progress to more advanced skills over time. If you would like, there will be a time where you can try out some of the karate moves. Ages 8 to adult.
