Work Out With Us Live

Your workout just got a virtual makeover. We are bringing you YMCA of Northern Colorado fitness classes — live streamed through Zoom. Join your favorite instructors and your fellow members for classes like Zumba and Pilates Yoga Fusion. More classes will be added soon. 

First time using Zoom? Just click the class link on your computer or device at or slightly before the class start time. If you are using a computer, you just need to click the link to access the class. If you are using a mobile device, you may need to download the Zoom app. You can download the Zoom app from the Zoom Download Center. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the class link.


This cardio-Latin fusion class features aerobic interval training to maximize fat burning and total body toning, all to incredible music with moves that are easy to learn!

Better Balance

A class that is designed to enhance balance and stability in people of all ages. The first half of the class goes over basic static and dynamic balance and stability exercises, the second half of the class is dedicated to utilizing tai chi inspired movement patterns to inspire healthy movement patterns via muscle memory and to add a bit of complexity and cognitive loading into the weight shifting patterns associated with tai chi and life. A very enjoyable, social class that will leave feeling challenged and refreshed.

MOSSA is a YMCA fitness partner, and now you can try MOSSA MOVE’s digital workouts for a 60-day free trial; you must cancel after 60 days to avoid a charge. Workout on your TV, on your computer or download the app and workout wherever you are. 


YMCA Fitness Challenge

Stay Health-Y 600 is a 30-day fitness challenge available at no-cost to you. Compete with other Y members from across the nation to complete 600 activity minutes. Challenge begins March 23.

Are your kiddos craving physical and mental exercise? We’ve asked our preschool and youth program staff to compile some great ways to keep your kiddos smiling, their brains working and their feet moving. Check back, as we will continually add more activities.
