Why Partner with the Y?
The YMCA of Northern Colorado is a trusted community leader strengthening spirit, mind, and body. A corporate membership invests in your employees’ well-being while supporting the community you serve. They will receive access to Y centers in Boulder, Lafayette, and Johnstown.
All Y members enjoy a wide variety of free fitness and wellness classes, state of the art equipment, pools, basketball gyms and discounts on personal training, Pilates reformer classes and tons of Y programs.
Corporate Plan
As part of our corporate membership program, your organization agrees to contribute a minimum of $10 per month toward each participating employee’s YMCA membership. The YMCA will match 50% of your contribution—up to an additional $10 per month per employee. Any remaining membership balance will be covered by the employee.
This shared-contribution model enhances employee well-being, promotes accessibility, and supports organizational flexibility. The YMCA will provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to any rate adjustments.
Additionally, the YMCA will waive the standard join fee for all new memberships enrolled through this corporate agreement.
Free Smart Start
Smart Start provides members with an easy-to-follow wellness plan and the support needed to achieve goals. Smart Start includes three one-on-one sessions with our highly trained staff who will discuss the best path for wellness journeys.
Nationwide Access
YMCA of Northern Colorado membership grants access to over 98% of Ys across the country through our Nationwide Membership.
