Athtlete Performance Lab is designed to bridge the gap between "just playing" and athletic performance. Tailored specifically for young athletes, our program sessions focus on building a resilient physical foundation that translates directly to the field, court, or pool.
Whether you are preparing for school tryouts, looking to dominate your club season, or simply want to improve your overall fitness, this program provides the tools to reach the next level.
We move beyond basic exercise by focusing on the cornerstones of athletic development:
Movement Quality: Mastering the mechanics of jumping, landing, and change-of-direction to maximize efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.
Functional Strength: Utilizing age-appropriate resistance training (bodyweight, bands, and weights) to build total-body power.
Speed & Agility: Drills designed to improve "first-step" quickness and reactive coordination.
Injury Prevention: Learn recovery practices and body weight exercises to do before or after practice.
Nutrition Coaching: How to fuel your body properly and make healthy decisions.
SPEED & AGILITY
For ages 9–18
We want your athlete to have the basic tools they need to be as fast as possible. We will start the week with baseline testing so we can track improvements over the sessions. Your athlete will learn running mechanics, how to change direction efficiently and quickly, and basic plyometrics through games and drills. We will also do a post test to see the improvements made with what they learned throughout the program.

Intro to Strength Training
For ages 9–18
This program is designed for all experience levels, from beginners to those looking to build confidence in the weight room. Participants will learn proper form, safe movement techniques, and how to use strength equipment and free weights effectively. Through guided instruction, testing, and workouts tailored to individual goals, the program helps build strength, improve overall fitness, and develop the skills needed to create safe and effective workouts independently.
Intro to Strength Training for ages 9–11
This program is designed for athletes and non-athletes new to strength training. We will start by teaching proper form on various body weight exercises, teach them exercises that will help them improve their sports performances, and give them a basic introduction to moving their bodies safely.

Intro To Strength Training for ages 12 to 15
We want to help young athletes and non- athletes become as strong as they possibly can. During this program, we will tour the weight room and help your athlete determine settings on each of the machines. We will also teach them proper technique on the machines and introduce them to free weights. After the first two days of machine orientation, we will test your athlete and teach them how to build workouts that fit them best.

Sports Nutrition Coaching
For ages 14–18
Our body is an amazing machine that needs to be fueled properly in order to work at its full capacity and make the gains you need in the gym. We will cover everything from how to properly hydrate, what your dinner plate should look like, how to make healthy decisions when you snack, what you should eat before games and practices and how to read nutrition labels to know exactly what you are putting into your body. Includes parent education!
