The Lafayette Y pool will be closed April 1 (at noon) to May 14 for bubble takedown. The Longmont Y pool will be open 6:45-11am on April 1.
Pre-season preparation, building strength, endurance and coordination is the best way to ensure you have fun on the slopes! This class will meet twice a week for six weeks and trains all the muscle groups needed for a successful season on the mountain. We will focus on core and lower-body muscles (quads, hamstrings, glutes) while aiming to improve your mobility and balance.
