Labor Day Family Camp
Looking to get away over Labor Day weekend? Want an experience that keeps your whole family active, engaged and immersed in nature? Don’t want to plan the whole thing yourself?
Bring your family for a long-weekend of playing in the mountains during Tumbleson Lake Family Camp. Grab your sleeping bags, swimsuits and hiking boots and join us for two nights at camp. Meals, activities and camp fun will be provided throughout your stay.
Labor Day Family Camp: September 4–6, 2026
Depending on age and ability, you and your family will enjoy:

ACCOMMODATIONS
Families will rent one of 40 glamping tents or 7 cabins. Cabins sleep up to 6 in bunk beds, and tents sleep up to 12 in bunk beds.
When you register, you will select either a tent or a cabin. You can invite another family or friends to join you in your tent/cabin to share the space and the cost (you may not exceed capacities). You will then register each person who is staying in your cabin/tent.
October Family Camp
Celebrate autumn in the mountains with a special fall edition of our Family Camp. Grab your sleeping bags, Halloween costumes and hiking boots and join us for two nights at camp. Families can enjoy camp traditions alongside peak fall colors, seasonal activities, campfires (as permitted by local ordinance), as well as a costume contest and trick-or-treating throughout camp.
October Family Camp: October 2-4, 2026
Pricing (Accommodation rental + per person fee):
- Accommodations: Cabin Rental (Sleeps up to 6) $600.
- Tent Rental (Sleeps up to 12) $500. We encourage you to share accommodations with another family to cut down on accommodation costs.
- $80 per person
- Children 4 and under free
