Have an Epic Adventure this Summer in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado

At YMCA Camp Tumbleson Lake, we seek staff who are passionate about being positive role models for and working with children. Our goal is to create an environment where all campers and youth feel safe, welcomed and supported. After all, the Y is for all. It’s part of our mission, and it is what we consider the most important hallmark of camp.

YMCA Camp Tumbleson Lake is one of the newest camps in the United States. Entering our second full summer, we have begun to build a community focused on resilience-nurturing experiences, support from a welcoming camp community and outdoor adventure.

We value respect, compassion, curiosity, accountability and hard work. We see our camp as a community. We are all on one team with one goal — a positive, safe, enriching experience for our campers and staff.

Camp is meant to get us all reconnected with ourselves, with each other and with the world below our feet. For a couple of months each summer, we get to do exactly that.

If you are willing to be a team player, work hard, lead with compassion and foster curiosity for the people and world around them, we encourage you to apply to join our Summer 2026 team!

Join us at the Y’s new lakeside mountain day and overnight camp located just 20 miles from Boulder. It’s an incredible classroom in which to share your passion for the outdoors.
