Camp Tumbleson Lake Cabin

Our 300-acre mountain property hosts businesses, organizations, schools, families or individuals looking to gather, celebrate, grow and foster a sense of community in a beautiful lakeside setting. It’s a perfect location to disconnect from everyday life and connect with your people, your group’s goals and the incomparable natural abundance of the Colorado Rockies. Soak in the rusticity of mountain life, glamping tent and cabin accommodations and wild surroundings (yes, there are moose) while also enjoying gold standard operations, enriching programming and full-service support.

Here, roughing it leads to resilience and unplugging leads to greater connectivity.

We provide you with everything you need for a memorable gathering: beautiful views, a variety of meeting areas, cozy cabins and spacious glamping tents, food service options and tons of activities. Rental and retreat options at Camp Tumbleson Lake are fully customizable. We create packages that cater to your preferences, the size of your group, your accommodation and dining needs and the adventures you want to experience.

Outdoor Education Field Trips & Overnights

Let us partner with your school and school district to plan and implement outdoor education field trips for students. We work with educators to create enriching experiences centered around ecology, outdoor education and wilderness survival. Canoeing, archery and field games make the trip extra fun for students.

Say “I do” at 9,000 feet! Our property features multiple seated chapel locations as well as a dining hall, which originally served as a dance hall. Host your ceremony in a magical setting or plan a multi-day wedding experience, including housing for guests. Either way, you’ll celebrate your partnership amid a backdrop of mountains, soaring eagles and a picturesque alpine lake.

YMCA Camp Tumbleson Lake prioritizes partnerships and rentals with mission-driven businesses, youth-serving programs, educational institutions and nonprofit organizations. Renters must provide adult supervision at all times; adult to child ratios must be in compliance with ACA standards.
