Family refers to two adults and up to seven children under the age of 19 residing at the same address.

Fees are subject to change.

Older adults may be eligible for SilverSneakers, Silver&Fit and UnitedHealthcare RenewActive memberships. Check with your health insurance provider to see if you qualify.

Military and emergency services personnel may be eligible for discounted rates. Corporate membership options also available.
